OpenGPT-X

OpenGPT-X is a collaborative project between science, business and technology that works to create and train large-scale AI language models. This is being done to produce innovative language application services that will benefit the European economy. Through the Gaia-X infrastructure, businesses will be able to access and exchange data and services without charge, enabling them to create products and processes in various languages and in accordance with the highest European data protection standards. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, and is expected to be operational from January 2022 to December 2024.
